Our marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan and support various digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will have a hand in a variety of marketing initiatives, including website, content, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and market research.
This role is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, skillful at juggling multiple projects, and who wants to learn and grow in the digital marketing space. We’re also looking for core competencies such as organization, a strong desire to learn, and a knack for analyzing data.
Responsibilities
- Create, launch, and optimize digital campaigns to reach performance targets
- Analyze and understand the business impact driven by campaigns to establish marketing KPI’s and forecast long-term growth
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
- Contribute to the development of campaign creatives and content including blogs, white papers, ad copy, and landing pages
- Generate reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously monitor campaigns and optimize performance to improve ROI
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, Google My Business)
- Support the marketing team with various projects and campaigns as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors in Marketing or relevant field (experience working with Marketing teams a plus)
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Highly creative self-starter and demonstrated resourcefulness
- Ability to work independently and execute as an individual contributor as well as be a team player in a dynamic and fast paced organization
